I am framing truth from the trenches of life.  A passionate Christian lives intentionally, and yes, I am a Jesus fan.  Are you?

This second book in my series, combined with the views of the first, I DON, makes me a confident Christian.  Written here is sufficient durable evidence that supports my faith, and as a bonus, I include a path that leads directly to the throne of Jesus.

Let’s go immediately to the frontline and identify our Goliath firsthand.  We see that human nature pushes the idea that concrete proof is the clarion cornerstone of faith.  But this can’t be the profound trigger for an authentic Christian faith. This approach is misguided, and dispute ridden, plus it gives little, if any, value to individual recognition.  It’s the effective choice for a stubborn soul.

Be honest.  Given undeniable proof, would this cause you to celebrate God’s authority?  Would you now be delighted, having found this proof, or might contention brew in your heart after your heavenly arrival? Unity with Christ, I am convinced, is something that you have got to want.  An effective Christian lifestyle cannot happen by force, and it needn’t be.

Proof, for me, is merely a support structure, and this I will share, but it’s not the springboard to genuine faith.  Here’s the obvious situation sitting at our feet.  That is, no extraordinary truth exists to prevent or debunk a Christian faith.  We should not lose sight of this empowering viewpoint.

The authentic seed of faith aligns perfectly with life’s most valuable imperative, which is love.  Embrace the unifying platform of Christ Jesus first, then, while attracting to this magnet, go evaluate all the facts.  That’s the proper path that leads straight to Jesus.

“But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.”  (Matthew 7:14 NIV)

Why isn’t everyone a Christian?  Well, now you know, at least according to Don.  Proof is a two-sided coin.  For some, it protects against Christianity yet for others against atheism.  In my sight, His work is the most relevant artistry that one could ever witness.

Heaven is exclusive.  We have some easy conditions to meet, but only if we will.  Conflicted people take this up as a victimizing grievance, but honestly, I am overjoyed by His justice. For those fortunate enough to fall within the path of awareness, the bible presents formal notice of this from the very beginning.

“And out of the ground, the Lord God made every tree grow that is pleasant to the sight and good for food.  The tree of life was also in the midst of the garden and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.”  (Genesis 2:9 NKJV)

“Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, to know good and evil.  And now, lest he put out his hand and take also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever.”–therefore the Lord God sent him out of the garden of Eden to till the ground from which he was taken.  So He drove out the man; and He placed cherubim at the east of the garden of Eden, and a flaming sword, which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life.”  (Genesis 3:22-24 NKJV)

Understand that Christian faith is strictly voluntary.  I chose God, redirected my priorities, and began monitoring life gripping onto principles, integrity, consistency, and consequences. Love is the only judicial system that I could ever revere.  Jesus is my standard bearer and a unifier of truth, as written below, and this makes Jesus an awesome king.  God is with us.

“If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.  If I have the gift of prophesy and can fathem all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.  If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.”  (I Corinthians 13:1-5 NIV)

One final thought before we break into my prized archive of durable evidence is that one really doesn’t need proof to promote and extend selflessness.  But when conflicted with priorities, we struggle.  There’s no good presentable excuses to God or to a harmed society.

“The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.  For since the creation of the world, God’s invisible qualities–His eternal power and divine nature–have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made so that people are without excuse.”  (Romans 1:18-20 NIV)

Okay, the groundwork is complete, and we are now ready to unpack my archive of durable evidence.  We’ll begin with science.

Science believes in objective reality but in a near-sighted sort of way.  By its position, science can’t envision anything beyond the natural universe.  I believe in objective reality, too, only without the guardrails because there are no known facts to support them.

Some scientists have looked over their study fence and, as a result, gained new insights on reality.  They saw that objective reality and the human perception of objective reality are not necessarily the same thing. Search the Internet and bookstores.  You will find vast informative resources written by neuroscientists, modern philosophers, and many others insisting that reality goes beyond the edges of science.  Simply search for, “What is reality?”

Other modern scientists to explain “what is” are trying to convince us that the universe operates in a programmed similation, similar to a video game.  This theory proposes that what sentient beings experience as the world is actually a simulated reality. Some have put 50/50 odds of this being true.  Learn more at simulation-argument.com.  Other resources exist, too.  They simply sidestep the supernatural prospects of truth.

Yet, there are other scientists who theorize that certain features of the universe and of living things are best explained by an intelligent cause, not an undirected process such as natural selection.  Check out their website at intelligentdesign.org to learn more.

The natural world is traditionally described as existing in timespace.  Most recently, though, time is appearing to be an illusion.  Quantum mechanics is currently exploring time as an illusion that emerges as a side effect of quantum entanglements.  Let’s not forget that God is not bound to time and space.

The scientific lens does not eliminate supernatural possibilities.  This isn’t even a basic goal.  Supernatural prospects are disregarded only by personal bias.  My biases rest squarely on inate values, preventing this door from ever closing.

Scientific laws of thermodynamics and methods confirm that the universe had a beginning.  There is no evidence for the multi-verse proposition.  So, this creation event demands a supernatural cause because nature cannot naturally create itself. The odds for potential life within this container, as a coincidental outcome, are near impossible according to science.  Life’s supporting parameters are apparently intolerant of any variations.  This is known as the fine-tuning problem.

The astronomical container itself is wholly dependent upon order, which had to exist no later than the Big Bang event.  This order is proven through mathematics.  Pervasive architecture hosts all that we can observe.  I’ll bet that even the very first living cell possessed DNA. Atoms in and of themselves adhere to order.  Without such order, science wouldn’t even be relevant.  There is an artist in play, and His architecture persists across the material domain.

What is God’s standing in terms of historisity?  Well, all the reputable historians and archeologists agree that Jesus did exist and was crucified.  The case that He rose from the dead stands as a very strong argument.  Furthermore,  the bible is an accurate acedemic resource of verified history.

The bible remains believable for numerous reasons.  The many books written by numerous authors through time are factually cohesive with solidified referential integrity and consistency.  Bold prophesies within the bible have shown to be true.   Finally, it is highly relevant to the entirety of humanity.

Neither God nor any one of us is relevant outside the ethos of love.  Neither either can escape this.  We are of the same image and priority.  My own observations and experiences inside this heavenly realm provide sure evidence for the Word.  Spiritual fruit, awarded and amplified, illuminates the truth of God.

It’s so clear.  Sustainable evidence is abound, scaling from objective to personal.  As you learned earlier, my faith is not dependent on any specific proof, but the presented evidence is certainly reassuring, to say the least.

If you like my tenacity and wish to provide encouragement, you can show your appreciation with a small tip.  Follow my series, and please share with others.

In confident faith,

People ask, “Why do I believe in God?”  More specifically, what is my Christian faith founded on?  These dialogs usually take place within inner circles, but HeavenlyRealms.com transcends these boundaries and takes it to a public square.

Choosing to become a Christian is generally not a decision taken lightly. I Don may be able to help.  This article shares why I myself believe in God.  It touches on my atheist-turned-Christian testimony and zooms in on several of my gravitational reasons.

I didn’t grow up in a God-fearing home, nor did I attend church other than for weddings and funerals and such.  I was loosely aware of Christianity but honestly didn’t care to understand it.  Yet, at the age of 17, I became a Christian and have never looked back.

Without getting too personal, the pivotal undercurrent of my motivation was that Jesus Christ suddenly became relevant to me.  This is my prime achievement.  Can a saved person see Christ as irrelevant?  Regardless of who you are or at what level your intelligence, the unique relevance of the Lord can be found.  My experiential advice to any investigator is to find this first.

After acknowledging his relevance myself, I earnestly set atheism aside to give faith a chance to grow, and apathy also departed. I began to visualize the real artistry of our creator and then routinely witness proved biblical truths that are demonstrated by the world.

My outlook and viewpoint on life are now totally repurposed as I continuously apply due diligence for advancing and solidifying my faith. One of my hallmarks is knowing that the Holy Bible is mankind’s only reference to a selfless ethos.  Jesus Christ gets my best choice award even without objective proof of God’s existence.

Extending this out a little more, there is no preferred system of justice greater than our Lord’s, maintaining omniscient love as its standard.  One might ask, “Why be judged at all?”  Well, to me, that is what defines the foundation of hell, free of any obligation for love.

Unlike full-on chaos, heaven is the designated place where a righteous civilization advances.  My faith leans into these two strongholds, plus knowing that any regret for my faith can only come from selfishness.

I tend to view solipsism as humanity’s birthing philosophy, and while belief in it may not be common, the masses generally do not stray far from its values.  Much like a land peppered with zombies, the secular population is mauling one another physically, mentally, and emotionally.  We are all dead spiritually until born again.

The truth is, by my definition, omniscient love does not promote involuntary cooperation.  And, I also do not believe that successful repentance is necessary for unity with Christ.  I cringe when Christians thump on this word in the bible.  The issue of repentance is between you and the Holy Spirit. That’s your providence once you invite him in.

The above provides my explanation on knowing who God is.  Now, let’s progress to the subject of evidence in terms of creation theory.  Along with the science community, I believe in objective reality, but i disagree with atheistic scientists on its boundaries.  Grounding objective reality to materialism turns science into a faith-based religion.  Systemic science apparently has no home for faith.

Objective proof, on the other hand, is an impossibility.  This is by God’s design.  If objective proof is your benchmark for Christian submission, you are doomed.  The demand for objective proof exposes a position of rejection until forced by involuntary cooperation.

Believing in the creation theory is not an extraordinary claim. Christian faith is not blind and there is sufficient durable ordinary evidence to back it up.  Start with research on intelligent design.  Learn about all the variants of evolution theory.  Doing so will teach you that very smart people support both sides.

Wouldn’t you agree that the natural world doesn’t perform miracles?  That said, there is a big elephant in the room.  The origin of the physical cosmos, so far as we know, required a miracle.  Atheists grapple with this by manufacturing nonsensical ideas such as touting that nature can create itself naturally or by promoting the multi-verse, i.e., an endless supply of elephants supporting elephants in an eternal viscious circle.

II Don includes my favorite collection of evidence.  Check it out. But for now, I would like to close with a final thought. Speaking from experience, I see no advantages in being an atheist other than to allow contempt for selflessness, but enormous value is derived from a proper Christian faith.  The floor is open.  Share specifics if you disagree.

Well, these are the thoughts of an everyday Christian.  If you like my tenacity and wish to provide encouragement, you can show your appreciation with a small tip.  Follow my series, and please share with others.

Wishing you lifelong hope,
