God the Artist

A reverse engineering methodology cannot pledge faith because it is not human but a scientist can. Empirical output does not identify art but a person can. Pronouncing atheism due to the lack of scientific facts is nonsensical and short-sighted because life is much more than science could ever possibly explain it. Through adoption Jesus Christ delivers a living truth that sets Love as the carrier frequency for Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control. So my question to you is this, “How could your way possibly be better than this?” Be honest, it’s not. Enjoy a relationship with Christ.

  1. Ok, simmer down…..we get it, you’re happy. But that doesn’t mean we can’t be also. I have so much in my life to be happy for and I am. And Jesus doesn’t play a role in it. While I do enjoy my research into the Bible – who wrote it, how it was written, why it was written, how much of it is historical, how much is mythology, etc – I am happily unencumbered by religion. I have a beautiful and loving family; wife, children, grandchildren, a wonderfully fulfilling life full of love and purpose. I do not need a mythology to hold on to. I have faith in myself, my family, and those that I love. I don’t have to believe in – and, in fact, I think it’s silly for people to put their faith, time and money into – something that is so obviously a man-made mythology.

    • Thank you for kindly sharing your story with me. Certainly everybody seeks fulfillment innately so I am not surprised that you have found a degree of satisfaction. We have common ground. Frankly speaking though, atheism is not the cause of this love you sought. The Lord is distinctively bent on encouraging us to go all the way so why stop here with what you have? Wicked deeds continue to cause harm but I am convinced that atheism is not a solution.
